Cashewnut Vada


Cashewnut Vada:

Ingredients:


  • Cashew nut - 1 cup

  • Oil - 1 cup

  • Salt to taste
Preparation:
  1. Soak cashew nut in water for 2 hours.

  2. Drain the water and grind cashew nut to a smooth paste with salt. Do not add water.

  3. Heat the oil in a kadai.

  4. Make small balls or patties of the cashew paste and fry them in oil.
It is a definite crowd pleaser. Enjoy!
