Ingredients:
- Cashew nut - 1 cup
- Oil - 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Soak cashew nut in water for 2 hours.
- Drain the water and grind cashew nut to a smooth paste with salt. Do not add water.
- Heat the oil in a kadai.
- Make small balls or patties of the cashew paste and fry them in oil.
