1kg chicken ,3 medium sized onions finely
chopped ,2 tomatoes made into puree ,10 cloves of garlic
1 inch piece of ginger ,1 tbspoon garam masala powder ,1 spoon chilli powder ,1 spoon pepper
1\4 spoon turmeric ,oil to fry ,salt to taste ,1 cup curd

procedure
cut and clean the chicken into pieces.fry onion and tomatoes. make the ginger and garlic to paste and fry till it releses its aroma.add the curd and salt , chili powder ,peper powder according to taste and finaly add the chicken and fry for few minutes. now pressure cook the mixture untill the chicken is tender.smimmer it to make thick.and finnally dress up with corriander leaves
