I see that you want an easy chicken curry
recipe. I have a really good/easy one, without the pressure cooker. The cooker
would kill the 'curry', as you would be left with the meat falling off the
bones. Here's my recipe:
1 chicken ( skinless, cut up in 12 pieces) ,1/2 cup oil ,2 tbsp ginger garlic paste ,1 1/2 tsp red pepper powder
1/4 tsp turmeric ,1 medium tomato, chopped fine ,Salt to taste (about 2 tsp) ,3/4 cup sour cream ( can substitute with yogurt) ,1/2 cup fried onions (can used packaged) ,1 1/2 tsp garam masala ,12-15 almonds
Cilantro to garnish

Method:
Mix the first set of ingredients, and cook it for 10-12 mins. Blend the second set of ingredients and keep it aside. When the chicken is half done, add the blended ingredients and cook uncovered. Cook for another 10 mins, and then let simmer for another 5 mins. Garnish with cilantro.
The entire cooking time is about 20-25 mins. But please don't pressure cook it...you're gonna cook the heck out of it!
